Who we are
zemix digital is a web design studio based in Sligo, Ireland. We are the controller of the personal data you send through this website.
What we collect
On the home page, the short brief («Your seed») sends us your name, an email address or phone number, a few words about your project and, if you typed one, your business name.
On the contact page, the brief sends us your name, your email address, the service, budget range and timeline you choose, the words you write about your project and, if you add them, your phone number and company.
Typing your business name on the home page only plants a seed in the scene inside your own browser. Nothing is sent to us until you press «Send it».
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your brief, to arrange a conversation and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
We do not add you to a mailing list and do not send you marketing unless you separately ask for it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to answer you and to keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who else sees it
Only the people working on your enquiry, and the providers that host our website and email, who process data on our behalf under written terms.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, the regulator in Ireland.
