zemix care: website maintenance and support

A maintenance plan swaps an unpredictable emergency cost for a steady monthly one, and turns "I hope it is fine" into "someone is checking".

1. Audit. We review your site, hosting and accounts, and record its current state. This first audit is free.
2. Onboarding. We set up monitoring, backups and access, and agree the contact route.
3. Monthly care. Updates, checks, small changes and the monthly report.
4. Review. Every few months we discuss improvements: faster pages, new content, a design refresh or new features.

Plans: €350+/mo. The price depends on the platform, the size and complexity of the site, the number of included hours and the response time you need. With a new site, the Plant & Care bundle takes €150 off the site and needs at least 12 months of zemix care, billed monthly; if care ends sooner, the saving is added back.

Care keeps your existing website healthy. It does not replace a redesign, ongoing content creation or an SEO campaign, although we can provide those as separate services. Major new features are quoted separately. Hosting is covered if arranged through us.
